Buffer for active pickups. Onboard gain trimmer adjusts from -2.5 dB to 7.5 dB, to match hot pickups like EMG X series to passive pickups. Low input impedance makes it very quiet with actives. Includes V+ terminal for supplying battery power to the pickup.
